First Impressions

Appearance

Ayato's hair is cut unevenly, with one side grown longer than the other. Despite this, it does seem to be trained into this particular style, keeping its place even after fights. His appearance isn't something he spends much time on though, given how little time he had back home to really put that effort in.

Attitude & Demeanor

As a public figure back home, Ayato maintains a polite demeanour when working to ensure that any conversations with other officials are handled with the utmost care. A lot of this is ingrained into him from a young age, so even in less formal situations he will likely give an air of formality. That isn't to say he is always nice, back home he had no time for small talk and expected those around him to deliver information in a fast and efficient manner.

He also has been rather spoiled by his retainers and household staff to the point he will request someone to fetch him something if he's forgotten it, even if he's no where near home. There's definitely an expectancy that those around him will follow orders, and in fact, he praises obedience and loyalty as traits in other people above all else.

Ayato also has pleasure out of watching people squirm, though not necessarily in a malicious way. He has said before that he told his retainers his plans for the day and took amusement out of their reactions. There's a certain level of trust to this, and he's careful to not push too far.

Most importantly, family and citizens of Inazuma will always come first to him. As Head of the Kamisato clan, and the Yashiro commissioner in the tri-commission, the stability of their nation is his priority. Ayato has sacrificed his own happiness time and time again to ensure a stable Inazuma, after all.

See here. Generally I play in English but there is a similar tone in the JP va's voice that has a certain kind of smoothness and breathiness to it that would work either way.

Magic & Telepathy

Ayato doesn't have anything that would give him psychic shielding, he is a normal human being who happens to possess a vision granted to him by an archon from their world. His hydro vision grants him the ability to use water in his attacks, mixing with his clan's martial arts style to deliver powerful hydro slashes in battle. This isn't something that can be sensed, but anyone (but the traveler) in their world who can wield the power of an element possesses a vision that is visible on their person.
